1. End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the GPS Location Camera mobile application, you agree to be bound by the Standard Application End User License Agreement (EULA), as well as these Terms of Use.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

GPS Location Camera offers optional Pro subscription plans ("GPS Camera Pro") available on a monthly or yearly basis:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play / App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your account settings at any time after purchase.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how location and camera data are handled locally on your device.
